Returns, Shipping and Cancellations
What can be returned?
We only accept returns of items that are in its original packing and have not been used. We will not accept used Fryin’ Saucer units or used accessories.
When do items need to be returned?
Within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Where do items need to be returned?
All returns must be shipped to:

Please email email@example.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning and item.
How do customers return items?
All items are shipped back at the expense of the customer, unless the item was damaged in shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
Credit for returns?
A refund will be processed on the credit card that was used at the time of check out. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to fully process.
All items are shipped within one to three business days. We use a variety of couriers for shipping. Please look at your shipment notification email for tracking information.
What if my order shows up damaged?
Please send an email to email@example.com
1. With your order number (can be found on original email or packing slip)
2. Pictures of the damaged box and item
3. If you cannot provide pictures please provide us a description of the damage.
4. We will send you a replacement product as soon as we can.
